CRETAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Manolis
The “Manolis” extra virgin olive oil is our own production.
The olives for our olive oil are collected from olive groves, which date back at least 200 years, in specific areas of our Crete, such as Elafonissi, Chrysoskalitissa, Topolia and Kissamos.
Our olive oil is produced in the oil mill of Topolia in Crete, certified and licensed by the Hellenic Ministry of Rural Development and Food, which is ranked among the largest in the region.
Then, the standardization, the bottling and all the necessary analysis are done in our facilities, which meet the ISO and HACCP standards, resulting in top quality final product.
